Goldblum’s is New York’s most exclusive boxing gym and piano bar. Many have passed through the institution. Leopard Bernstein, Feryl Streep, even the reclusive Greta Garbo, to name a few. “Fake gym, real results” is what members live and breathe each time they wear an official Goldblum’s product.
In reality, the self-produced small collections of hats, beach towels, sweatshirts, and other merchandise is a parody of fitness culture. The ubiquitous logo and name evokes a neighborhood deli rather than a gym. The mascots are designed as if they would regularly hang out with Chester Cheetah, although they work out a lot more than he does.
